Your order will be sent out directly from  the renewable energy powered
factory that we work with and at no extra cost. The packaging will look
different from your usual Dandy Star experience, we want to maintain a less is
more approach, no plastic packaging just a paper bag.

Shop Local large cotton twill bags are 210 gsm 100% certified organic cotton.

Wash cool, hang dry. GM free. Not tested
on animals. Does not contain animal-derived products. Printed in the UK with
low waste printing tech.

RECYCLING

All out bags are sent with minimal packaging, no cellophane bags, just the recyclable brown postage bag.

We send our parcels with Royal Mail 1st Class : Your parcel should be with you 1-3 days after your order has been dispatched.

Our shipping charges for overseas are based on the weight of the items purchased, the above pricing displays the low and high end of these charges, Once your items are in your cart the correct shipping will be calculated at checkout, which you can view before purchasing.

We ship to all worldwide destinations using a combination of UK Royal Mail and DHL courier service, depending on the size, weight and destination of the order. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 days. However please note that at busy shopping periods dispatch can take an extra few days. Orders placed after 1pm on Fridays and at the weekend will be dispatched on Monday at the earliest.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER AND CUSTOM CHARGES
Please note that customers outside of the UK may be required to pay local customs or duty charges; these are not included in your payment to us.

In the case where local import taxes and charges are not paid and the parcel is returned to us, we will be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the parcel from the amount to be re-credited to you. If the parcel is not or cannot be returned due to unpaid local import charges and taxes, no refund will be applicable.

Dandy Star is a small business. We are an independent and small team. We cannot and do not seek to match multinationals with same day delivery services.

We do promise to have much more interesting products, packaged in a more human way and sent at an analogue pace.
That said, we do our best and most orders are sent out same or next day and received promptly.
