Description & Composition

Set-in sleeve

1x1 rib at neck collar, inside back neck tape in self fabric.

Narrow twin needle topstitch at sleeve cuff and hem.

Shell - Single Jersey / Fabric washed

100% Cotton - Organic Combed Ring Spun - 180 GSM

Please note the natural ecru is a raw finish and has small flecks within the fabric.

International orders are charged for small / large box shipping*

*We aim to be as fair as possible with transport costs and will occasionally need to charge extra or refund where reasonable and appropriate. Certain combinations of products ordered will incur an individual delivery rate and we will contact you as soon as possible if this applies to your order.

Our shipping charges for overseas are based on the weight of the items purchased, the above pricing displays the low and high end of these charges, Once your items are in your cart the correct shipping will be calculated at checkout, which you can view before purchasing.

We ship to all worldwide destinations using a combination of UK Royal Mail and DHL courier service, depending on the size, weight and destination of the order. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 days. However please note that at busy shopping periods dispatch can take an extra few days. Orders placed after 1pm on Fridays and at the weekend will be dispatched on Monday at the earliest.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER AND CUSTOM CHARGES
Please note that customers outside of the UK may be required to pay local customs or duty charges; these are not included in your payment to us.

In the case where local import taxes and charges are not paid and the parcel is returned to us, we will be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the parcel from the amount to be re-credited to you. If the parcel is not or cannot be returned due to unpaid local import charges and taxes, no refund will be applicable.

Dandy Star is a small business. We are an independent and small team. We cannot and do not seek to match multinationals with same day delivery services.

We do promise to have much more interesting products, sustainably packaged in a more human way and sent at an analogue pace.
That said, we do our best and most orders are sent out same or next day and received promptly.

RETURNS
To return a product to us, please notify us in writing or mail us at mail@dandystar.com of any intended cancellation or return within 14 days of purchase or receipt of your product.

Please return the goods in appropriate packaging including full contact details
and specify any exchange you'd like to make. We advise that you obtain proof of posting.

The exchange of products is conditional on stock availability.

Items are refunded according to the price at which they were bought. 

We would appreciate an explanation for your return as we can then continue to improve our products. If we have designed a custom product for you it is not returnable.

We do not offer free returns.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on underwear. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Sale items can only be exchanged.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt of the item (or first courier delivery attempt). We do not offer refunds or exchanges after this date. Returned items must be in their original condition (unworn, unused) for a refund or a replacement.

Please contact us by email to arrange for a refund or exchange and return address details as we are unable to accept returned packages without prior authorisation. We are sadly unable to refund return postage costs on unwanted items.

When returning an item please obtain a certificate of posting or send by recorded delivery as we cannot refund items that have been lost during return transit.

After inspection of the goods we will credit you via your original payment method.
We regret that one-off pieces, made-to-order and special offer or discounted items cannot be returned.
